Rambling...
I'm sitting at the desktop in our living room, relaxing with a cup of coffee, and wanting to refresh this blog and give it a face-lift. We have 30 minutes to relax before our departure to Louisville Slugger Field to watch the Louisville Bats play Gwinnett Braves. I don't know why I chose NOW to do this. Perhaps the deadline pressure?

Favorite face products this summer, thus far...
It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream
I use this in the shade light, but I also have a tube of fair that I mix in the winter together because I have lighter skin in the cooler weather. It also has an SPF of 50+. I NEVER leave the house without some sort of sunscreen on my face. Does this account for why people are surprised about my age? Maybe...doesn't hurt, that's for sure.
Cover Girl Clump Crusher Mascara
This stuff is holy grail status for me! It gives very nicely fanned lashes, and just as it claims, no clumps.
Too Faced Love Flush Blush Wardrobe
This isn't available on the Too Faced website anymore, but I've seen them at Ulta in various places. This is great palette to check out some really popular blushes from Too Faced. My favorites here have been Baby Love and Love Hangover.
Your Most Beautiful You Anti-Aging Face Palette
Oh My Goodness!!! THIS!!! I have used this SOOOO much since I got it last year and I am so in love with this still. I don't follow 'rules' of makeup, so while other girls were digging out their mauves and plum blushes, I was still wearing this one. I love the way it gives my cheeks a pretty, healthy glow. If someone has complimented me on my makeup, most of the time I've been wearing this. Now, my pores are more noticeable than I'd like, so the highlighter doesn't get used that much, but I do LOVE this palette. I've been known to use this for eyeshadow, too in a pinch. :)
Your Skin But Better CC+ Airbrush Perfecting Powder SPF50+
If I'm in a hurry or I feel lazy, this powder over a decent sunscreen, I'll get to that one in a minute, and I'm out the door. It's got fantastic coverage! I use a giant, fluffy, synthetic brush and it's so foolproof, I could apply without a mirror.
Oil of Olay Sunscreen
This is a great sunscreen to wear under make-up or alone. Just being careful to keep it away from your eyes. It will sting.
Expert Beauty and Skincare Reviews
I check this website EVERY time I buy something new to add to my skincare routine. Makeup, depending on the product, I don't worry about AS much. Seems silly, but my skin doesn't react to blushes or lipsticks adversely, but skincare including foundation, heck yeah I'm gonna check the ingredients and her review.
My time is up, we are ready to go...I hope you check out these products! Or at least refresh your beauty drawer to rediscover things you own already.
