Front Porch Sittin'

This is my first blog ever, so I'm not sure how I will work this. The title of this was inspired by something a dear friend mentioned in a facebook post a long time ago about social media and sharing/ commenting being a little like sitting on the front porch with neighbors. It's true, if you really think about it. Scrolling thru the many posts might be akin to strolling thru the neighborhood. Strolling, scrolling; pretty close! :-) 

The blog title itself, Conder Cafe was something I cooked up (no pun intended) for my middle school son as we began to eat breakfast together in the mornings before school, but after his Dad and younger brother had already left. A nice place to just sit and reflect on the day before, the day to come, whatever subject came up...thus this blog is my own little place to sit and reflect about something, or just to vent about what's bothering me. Rather than to stop up facebook with my ramblings, LOL, I shall *attempt* to keep it condensed to this blog.

So...pull up a chair, go in the house and get some lemonade or a cup of coffee and come back out to sit a spell...
